I know it’s difficult to push forward and maintain consistency, but at least in our community, there are so many opportunities for skill enhancement and recognition. It’s fine to viz ‘weird’; doing that raises the level of difficulty, but there will be a balance found between ‘weird’ and ‘best practices’ that may end up being a great sweet spot and give you a signature appeal.
